We at University Frames produce the very finest, hand-crafted diploma frames in the United States, and appreciate your confidence in choosing us to bring you your perfect frame.  In the rare event your frame needs to be returned or exchanged, please know that we take great care to ensure a seamless experience until you are completely satisfied.  Here are the ground rules:

1. What if there’s a problem with my order?

2. How long do I have to return my frame for a refund?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days from the day it was received, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

3. Can I get a full refund if I cancel my order?

An order can be refunded for the full amount if cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

4. Can rush orders be refunded at their original amount?

Depending on the type of rush service, we will refund the total amount in full if you meet the requirement from the time of purchase.

1.    Overnight – cancelled within 4 hours
2.    2nd Day – cancelled within 6 hours
3.    3rd Day – cancelled within 8 hours

5. What if my frame arrives damaged or not as ordered?

We will issue a return label via email, or we can mail a printed label through the post office for an immediate return. The replacement frame will be shipped as soon as the original frame is returned if applicable.

6. What is your eGift card or Gift policy?

eGift and Gifts cannot be exchanged for monetary value and can only be used towards a frame purchase.

7. Can I get refund for gifts?

Please call customer service at 714-575-5100 ext. 2 for assistance.

8. What happens if I don’t have my order information, can I get a replacement or refund?

If you don’t have your order information, we will try to locate your order history. However, if we can’t find any record, you must provide proof of purchase.

Disclaimer:   Frames must be in their original packaging with all materials intact before returning your product. The frame needs to be returned in good condition for a refund. If you ordered your frame via a bookstore or any other retail outlet please refer to their return and exchange policy as we are unable to refund payments not made to University Frames directly
