Customer Service

We will strive to continue our outstanding customer service, and provide our customers with the best frame buying experience possible. Additionally, we make every effort to ensure our customers' satisfaction is exceeded — from placing their order to displaying their hard-earned diploma in the epitome of distinction. We pride ourselves in the attention to detail in our frames and ensuring that the customer receives their frame in the same condition that it left us – flawless. The quality control process that takes place during production of the frames ensures that it is double and even triple checked before leaving our facility.

Community Outreach

Whenever possible, we make attempts to donate our excess materials to local youth organizations, such as schools or the YMCA. Over the years, we have contributed to numerous youth sports teams through sponsorships and the donation of needed equipment.

Environment

As a manufacturer of wood frames, we are especially concerned about the environmental impact of our products. Trees are harvested and replanted under strict government guidelines. This plantation approach ensures not only a sustainable resource, but also minimizes any impact on the local ecology. We continue to strive toward a more environmentally-friendly workplace by actively recycling all applicable materials, and keeping employees updated on our most current recycling policies. We are always looking toward our suppliers to ensure that we are working with the most earth-friendly materials possible.
