Who Is Eligible to Participate?

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:

  • At least a 3rd-year undergraduate student (graduate students are welcome to apply)
  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university
  • Maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Able to provide us a non-official transcript showing your enrollment and GPA

Even if you are not a US citizen, you are eligible to apply if you meet the requirements above.

Note: The application process is free of cost.

How to Submit Your Entry

All participants need to apply on the University Frames website. You must write a 400 to 500 word essay and send in a photo or selfie. In the essay, you will respond to 2 prompts:

How Will the Winner Be Selected?

A panel of judges will review all entries. Each entry will be judged on how complete and on-topic the essay is along with the grammar and structure.

What Is the Prize?

The scholarship prize money is $500

    No, it's free!
  2. Who is eligible to apply?
    Any full-time college junior or senior with a GPA of at least 3.0.

    All entries will be submitted through the form above.
  4. Can I email my entry?
    No, all entries must be submitted through the form above.
  5. How many entries can I submit?
    Every participant is allowed only one entry. Also, no changes can be made to your entry once you have submitted it on our website.
  6. Who will be reviewing the entries?
    There is a panel of judges who will review all entries.
  7. When is the deadline?
    All entries must be submitted by June 30, 2023.
  8. When will the winner be announced?
    The winner of the scholarship will be announced on July 20, 2023.
  9. How will I know if my entry has been submitted or not?
    You'll receive a notification as soon as you will submit your entry on the University Frames website.
  10. How will I receive my prize?
    If you are the winner, our team will contact you and arrange for the prize money to be sent directly to you.
